Nature is very generous, and when you start to propagate seeds, you will soon realise that an enormous amount of seed is produced, more than you need for your own garden. Don’t absolutely try and save every seed– there will always be enough.
إنّ الطبيعة كثيرة العطاء، وبمجرّد البدء بنشر البذور، سنُدرك أنّنا ننتج كمية كبيرة من البذور، كمية أكبر ممّا نحتاجه للبستان أو الحديقة. لذلك ليس مهمًّا أن نقوم باستخراج وحفظ كل بذرة- سنجد دائمًا ما يكفي من البذور.

The wind can also be used to sort the seeds. A large sheet is spread on the ground. The seeds are poured on top of it and the wind blows away the chaff. The wind must be regular, because strong gusts will blow everything away.
يمكن أيضًا اللجوء إلى الرياح لفرز البذور. يوضع غطاء (شرشف) كبير على اﻷرض، وتُوزّع البذور عليه، وتُترك للرياح التي تساعد في التخلّص من قشور وبقايا النبات. يجب أن تكون الرياح منتظمة وإلا ستتسبب هبّات الرياح القويّة بنثر كل شيء.

To finish the cleaning, the seeds are poured into a flat container and blown on gently to remove any light chaff.
لإنهاء التنظيف، توضع البذور في وعاء مسطّح (صينية مثلًا) ويُنفخ عليها بلطف للتخلّص من أيّ بقايا خفيفة.
