Once cauliflowers have formed their heads, they can suffer from humidity. You can protect them from the rain with a small roof. If parts of the head start to rot you should remove them with a knife.

Entre la traduction 7 et 8, il manque en anglais et en français la phrase suivante: Pour une bonne diversité génétique, on gardera 15 plants porte-graines. Du coup impossible de la mettre en portugais Para uma boa diversidade genética, conservamos um mínimo de 15 plantas porta-sementes.

A produção de sementes se faz a partir de plantas saudáveis e de crescimento vigoroso, para as quais observamos todas as etapas do crescimento. Isso permite conhecer todas as características das variedades: um crescimento regular e vigoroso, a resistência às doenças, a formação de cabeças homogêneas e protegidas por uma folhagem abundante para a couve-flor; a formação de uma cabeça única, ou de múltiplas ramas laterais, e um maior período de botão floral antes de florescer para o brócolis.
